Terms and conditions
These terms are the agreement between you and OriginWay. They explain what you get, what costs money and what does not, who owns what, and how far each side's responsibility goes. By using the site, you accept them. If anything here is unclear, write to hola@originway.app and we will answer.
What OriginWay gives you
Your full birth chart is free, always, and needs no account. It is calculated in your own browser from the date, time and place you enter. The blog is free and open too.
If you do not know your birth time, we show the chart in signs, without houses or angles, and we say so on screen. We never invent a time to complete the drawing.
An account opens the rest of the product: your daily and weekly transits, your people, and astrocartography. That access starts complete and then steps down:
- On the day you create the account, you see the whole product.
- For the next three days, you see the full daily reading and one transit in detail.
- From the fifth day on, you see the transit of the day without interpretation.
Over those first four days you also get a daily email with your reading. After that it slows down and we only write on the days when something strong is happening on your chart. You can unsubscribe from the email whenever you want and keep the account.
That is free access stepping down, not a trial that turns into a bill: if you do not subscribe, we never charge you.
Your account
The account is yours and personal. Enter accurate details: everything we show you afterwards depends on the date, time and place you type. Look after your password.
Without an account, your birth details never leave your browser. Once you open one, they are stored with us, so that we do not have to ask again and so that we can work out your transits every day.
You can delete your account whenever you want, and it is really deleted: chart, saved people, interpretations and history. How we handle your data, including your GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability, is set out in our privacy policy.
The subscription
The subscription unlocks the whole product, with no steps, and is billed monthly.
The price outside Argentina is not set yet. For now, payment is arranged by message from the site itself: we tell you the amount and the payment method before you pay anything, and it only starts once you confirm. In Argentina, where billing is already automatic, the subscription costs $9,990 ARS per month.
If we ever change the price, we tell you before the next charge. You can cancel at that point and the new price will not apply to you.
How you cancel
Whenever you want, with no explanation. The subscription stops renewing and your access runs until the end of the period you already paid for.
If you change your mind right after subscribing and you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have fourteen days to withdraw and get your money back. Write to hola@originway.app and we will sort it out.
Who owns what
Your birth details and your chart are yours. Nobody here claims them and you can take them with you whenever you want.
The reading we generate for you is yours to use. Save it, print it, send it to whoever you like. The only thing we ask is that you do not republish it at scale on another site: these are texts written by a machine for one person, and in bulk on the internet they help nobody.
Ours is the site: the texts, the blog, the design, and the software that runs the calculation. You may use and quote it with credit and a link, for yourself and for the people around you. What you may not do is republish it at scale, resell it, or scrape the site automatically.
OriginWay is entertainment
OriginWay is entertainment. It does not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
Interpretations are generated with artificial intelligence on top of your chart calculation, and they can be wrong. Read them for what they are, a symbolic reading of your day. Any decision about your health, your money or your legal life belongs with the right professional.
How far our responsibility goes
We work to keep the site up and the positions we calculate correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that an interpretive text is accurate. Nor are we responsible for what you decide to do with what you read here.
If something goes wrong because of us, our liability is limited to what you have paid us over the last twelve months. None of this removes the rights that consumer law gives you: whatever your local law grants you, you keep.
If these terms change
We tell you before a change takes effect, on the site and by email if you have an account. If you do not like the change, you cancel.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of Argentina, where OriginWay operates. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live and you can go to your local courts.
