Terms and conditions

These terms are the agreement between you and OriginWay. They explain what you get, what costs money and what does not, who owns what, and how far each side's responsibility goes. By using the site, you accept them. If anything here is unclear, write to hola@originway.app and we will answer.

What OriginWay gives you

Your full birth chart is free, always, and needs no account. It is calculated in your own browser from the date, time and place you enter. The blog is free and open too.

If you do not know your birth time, we show the chart in signs, without houses or angles, and we say so on screen. We never invent a time to complete the drawing.

What you buy is your Origin Sheet: a reading written about your chart, nobody else's. It has two parts, and you choose both:

  • Point 0, the base and the only thing you can buy on its own: the thread that organizes your story, written from your date, time and place of birth.
  • The areas you add, up to nine, each with its own chapter: patterns, skills, emotions, relationships, purpose, ecosystem, money, enjoyment and work.

There is no recurring charge, no renewal, and no trial that turns into a bill: you pay once and what you bought stays in your account.

What you buy and what it costs

It is a single payment. You pay once, for what you chose, and you are never charged again for it. The prices in Argentina are these:

  • Point 0 alone

    $15,000 ARS

  • Each area on its own

    $10,000 ARS

  • Point 0 plus 3 areas

    $29,000 ARS

  • Point 0 plus all 9 areas

    $47,000 ARS

The package discount applies on its own, based on how many areas you add, and you are never charged more than the package that suits you. The exact total is shown before you pay anything. If later you want to add an area you did not buy, you pay for it separately, at that moment's price.

In Argentina it is charged through MercadoPago. Outside Argentina the price is not set yet: payment is arranged by message from the site itself, and we tell you the amount and the method before you pay anything.

If we ever change the prices, the change applies to new purchases. What you already paid does not change.

When you get it

Your Point 0 shows up in minutes, in your account, as soon as you enter your date, time and place of birth.

Each area you add arrives in under 24 hours, in your account and by email. That is the promise the site makes and the one that holds here.

If 24 hours pass and you still do not have it, write to hola@originway.app: we will fix it or refund what you paid for what did not arrive, whichever you prefer.

The 7-day guarantee

If you get your Origin Sheet and feel it is not for you, write to hola@originway.app within 7 calendar days of delivery and we refund 100% of what you paid. You do not have to explain why.

Here is how you ask and how we resolve it:

  • Where you write: to hola@originway.app, from the same address you used to buy, saying you want a refund. We ask for nothing else.
  • When the period starts: from delivery, the day what you bought opens in your account.
  • How soon we refund you: within 10 business days of your request, through the same method you paid with.
  • What happens next: you lose access to that Origin Sheet. If you want it back, you buy it again.

This guarantee is on top of the rights the law gives you, not instead of them. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have fourteen days from the purchase to withdraw: if that period suits you better, it applies.

Your account

The account is yours and personal. Enter accurate details: everything we show you afterwards depends on the date, time and place you type. Look after your password. The account is created after you pay, with the email address you used to buy.

Without an account, your birth details never leave your browser. Once you open one, they are stored with us, so that we do not have to ask again and so that we can work out your transits every day.

You can delete your account whenever you want, and it is really deleted: chart, saved people, interpretations and history. How we handle your data, including your GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability, is set out in our privacy policy.

Who owns what

Your birth details and your chart are yours. Nobody here claims them and you can take them with you whenever you want.

The reading we generate for you is yours to use. Save it, print it, send it to whoever you like. The only thing we ask is that you do not republish it at scale on another site: these are texts written by a machine for one person, and in bulk on the internet they help nobody.

Ours is the site: the texts, the blog, the design, and the software that runs the calculation. You may use and quote it with credit and a link, for yourself and for the people around you. What you may not do is republish it at scale, resell it, or scrape the site automatically.

OriginWay is entertainment

OriginWay is entertainment. It does not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

Interpretations are generated with artificial intelligence on top of your chart calculation, and they can be wrong. Read them for what they are, a symbolic reading of your day. Any decision about your health, your money or your legal life belongs with the right professional.

How far our responsibility goes

We work to keep the site up and the positions we calculate correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that an interpretive text is accurate. Nor are we responsible for what you decide to do with what you read here.

If something goes wrong because of us, our liability is limited to what you paid for your Origin Sheet. None of this removes the rights that consumer law gives you: whatever your local law grants you, you keep.

If these terms change

We tell you before a change takes effect, on the site and by email if you have an account. Changes apply to what you buy afterwards: the Origin Sheet you already paid for is governed by the terms from the day you bought it.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of Argentina, where OriginWay operates. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live and you can go to your local courts.
